I met Fusako Chubachi, art director at Sony Music, on June 30, 2010 outside of NY Public Library.  She has designed CD covers for Beyonce, Michael Jackson, and so on.  I asked her what her romance was.  She said, “my romance is Hachikin spirit.”  I asked what Hachikin meant.  She said, “Hachi is eight, and kin is ball.  I have eight balls.  Usually men have two, but women from my hometown, Kochi prefecture in Japan, have eight balls.  I eat a lot, drink a lot, and work hard.”  I asked her how many balls I have.  She said, “you have only two.”  I asked, “have you ever met a man who has eight balls?  She said, “let me think….. but my man has to have 10 because I have eight balls!”
